Grand Junction Ranked Second In Cities Least Affected By Inflation
A recent report released by Smart Asset reveals just how far the dollar will go in Grand Junction. According to the report Grand Junction has seen an 8.11 percent increase in purchasing power in the past decade. This translates that when out shopping people are spending less compared to the national average and this includes buying a home!
July Grand Junction home sales did not disappoint with a total of 432 homes sold and 29 bank sales. June had 405 sales and 21 bank sales and May had 403 sales and 22 bank sales. There is still a shortage of inventory and many homes are under contract the first week.
