New Home Sales Subdivision Report
Grand Junction new home sales slowed down in June with 27 home sales. May had 40 sales and April had 31. A check on available builder inventory shows that the strong sales in April and May has left only a few available new homes. One of the most popular subdivisions, Greystone Estates has only two homes available with the major buildable lots already committed to buyers.
