Looking for New Construction? Aspen Valley Estates is a new community in north Grand Junction. The neighborhood is taking off due to high demand for custom homes starting at $475,000 to $600,000.
The subdivision is very private and far enough off of G Road and 25 1/2 Road that some people don't even know it is there. There is a lot of natural surrounding landscape of large mature trees and a slight elevation provides views of the Colorado National Monument.

The neighborhood is 5 minutes from major shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants. Canyon View Park, Grand Junction's largest park is less than two miles away. The designated public schools are Appleton Elementary, West Middle and Grand Junction High. Other nearby schools are Caprock Charter School and Holy Family Catholic School, Medical providers and St. Mary's Hospital are within 3 miles.
