Coventry Club Townhomes
Coventry Club has 26 units that were built between 1982-1995. Square footage ranges from 896 to 1176 square feet with your choice of 1 bedroom and 1 bath, 2 bedroom 2 bath or 3 bedroom 2 bath homes. There are no carports or garages and all parking is two assigned spaces out front of the units. The HOA is responsible for management, insurance, landscape of common areas, irrigation, water, sewer, trash and exterior maintenance of the units including the roof. Coventry Club is off of Arlington.
Village Nine Townhomes
Village Nine Townhomes are adjacent to Coventry Club and are a step above in quality and features. Village Nine was built in 1981 and are 900 to 1248 square feet. The units are 2 bedroom with 1 bath, or 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. There are detached garages in either 1 car or 2 car. The units have crawl spaces, evaporative cooler, and gas forced air furnaces. All of the units are two story and are located off of B 1/2 Road.
Oxford Avenue Townhomes
Most of the townhomes in Orchard Mesa are clustered within a few blocks of each other. Oxford Avenue townhomes are around the corner from Coventry Club and both neighborhoods have beautiful mature trees surrounding the units. Oxford Avenue townhomes are 900 to 1612 square feet and were built in 1980 and 1981. Home choices include 2 bedroom 1 bath, 3 bedroom 2 bath or 3 bedrooms 3 baths. There are one story and two story units with 1 car attached garages. The units have evaporative coolers.
River Glen Townhomes
The River Glen townhomes are one of the nicest communities and one of the newest. The attraction for the River Glen townhomes is in the features they offer. Square footage runs from 1107 to 1465 and there are 3 bedroom 2 bath homes or 3 bedroom 3 bath homes. They were built from 2005 to 2006 and have an attached 1 car garage, central AC, gas forced air, and private fenced yards. HOA is responsible for common area maintenance and irrigation. The River Glen townhomes is one of my top picks, and finding a home in here takes a lot of time and patience.
Chipeta Pines Townhomes
Chipeta Pines is further east of all the other townhomes and is tucked into the Chipeta Pines single family homes neighborhood. The homes are adjacent to the Chipeta Pines Golf Course. There are only a handfull of these townhomes and they are top quality. All of the Chipeta Pines Townhomes are one story, stucco exterior with two car attached garages. Square footage ranges from 1304 to 1436 and there are 3 bedroom 2 bath homes and 2 bedroom 2 bath homes. They were built in 2001 and 2002, have a crawl spaces, evaporative coolers, and gas hot water baseboard heat. The HOA takes care of common area maintenance, exterior maintenance, landscaping for backyards and front yards, snow removal and irrigation. There are nearby walking trails, and great views of the Grand Mesa and Colorado National Monument. These homes are my top choice and also very hard to come by.
Morningside townhomes are a very small complex with very few sales because the residents love where they live! They were built in 1997 to 2001 and offer 2 bedroom 2 bath homes or 4 bedroom 3 bath homes. Square footage ranges from 1120 to 1488 and they have a one car attached garage. They were built with Masonite siding, crawl spaces, evaporative coolers, and baseboard gas hot water heat. The HOA takes care of the common area maintenance and irrigation. Morningside is off of B 1/2 Road.
Starbright townhomes were all built in 1980 and are 1 bedroom 1 bath or 2 bedrooms with 1 1/2 baths. There are no garages or carport with assigned parking out front and an over-flow parking area for residents and guests. All of the homes are 2 story, and have a private fenced in patio and small yard. HOA includes, landscaping of common areas, irrigation, water, sewer, trash, exterior maintenance of buildings including the roof. They have evaporative coolers and wood siding.
